Owner Profit & Loss Statements

Two reports are included in the Owner Profit & Loss Statements.

The "Owner P & L Detail" (By Unit) is a detailed Income Statement by Owner, by well.

• This report groups each category (Sales, Cost of Sales and Expenses) with detail line items and gives you the total for each group, by well

• It shows the detail by category of each Owners Volume, Status used for that transaction, Owner %, Description, Date and Amount " You can print the Owner P & L Detail Statement for one well, or all wells

• You can also choose which General Ledger categories to print for (3xxxx, 5xxxx, 71xxx-75999)

• Choose the dates you wish to print for; one month, two months, an entire quarter or even a whole year

• Comment box that will allow 3 lines of information to appear on last page

2. The "Owner P & L Summary" (All Units) is a summary Income Statement by Owner for one well or all wells.

• This report is condensed with cumulative totals and groups each category (Sales, Cost of Sales and Expenses) and gives you the total for each group, for one well or all wells

• Easy to read, one line items to show you the totals of each category

• It shows the General Ledger Number used, Description and Amount… that's it! Very simple, basic and easy to read

• Owners Net Profit or Loss is shown for quick review

• You can print the Owner P & L Summary Statement for one well, or all wells

• Choose which General Ledger categories to print for (3xxxx, 5xxxx, 71xxx-75999)

• Choose the dates you wish to print for; one month, two months, an entire quarter or even a whole year
